Infinity Network wants its members to know they are getting the best deals available. If you find a product that you've purchased for less than what you paid via Infinity Network within 7 days of your purchase we will credit your rewards currency account balance with 110% of the price difference! Competitor's prices must be available to the general public. Shop with the confidence of knowing you’re getting the best deals available!

Q: How do I use my Infinity Network Cash?
A: See how much Infinity Network Cash you have in your account balance by viewing the top right hand corner of the Home page after you sign in. This tells you how much Infinity Network Cash you have to apply toward discounts on your purchases.

Here is how to use your Infinity Network Cash:

  • Members sign in and choose a category to shop along the left hand side of the site.
  • Infinity Network shows logos of participating retailers along with the discounts negotiated on behalf of members.
  • Member clicks on a logo of the retailer at which they are interested in shopping. Note that Infinity Network will provide a promotional/coupon code if the discount is not set up to be automatically applied for the member at checkout.
  • After shopping the retailer's site and choosing products to purchase the member enters the appropriate promotional/coupon code at checkout (unless the discount is set up to be automatically applied). The discount will be applied at the point of sale and the member only pays the net price via credit card.
  • The member's account is debited for the amount of rewards currency used to "pay" for the discount.
  • The retailer ships the product to the member.

Q: How does the Infinity Network Cash program work?
A:

Infinity Network negotiates member-only discounts with retailers. Rewards currency can be used to pay (up to) the discounted amount of the purchase. If a retailer offers a special rate to non-members that is better than the member-only discount (eg large discounts around holiday time) we offer whichever is the better discount to Infinity Network members. Effectively, this allows our members to shop with the confidence of knowing they will always get the best deal by shopping via Infinity Network.

In any event, remember that a member cannot pay for an item entirely with rewards currency.

Q: How do I know what my Infinity Network Cash balance is?
A: After signing in to your account, look in the top right hand corner of the screen (under your name) and you will see how much Infinity Network Cash you have available to reduce the cost of purchases. Happy shopping!

Q: Can I pay in full for a product or service with Infinity Network Cash, if I have enough of a balance in my account?
A: No, you are unable to use Infinity Network Cash to pay in full for the amount of purchase. You may only redeem Infinity Network Cash to "pay" for the discount offered. You must also have sufficient Infinity Network Cash in your account to cover the amount of the discount. The amount of Infinity Network Cash you may redeem varies depending on the item you are purchasing and the level of discount. The purchase balance remaining after redeeming Infinity Network Cash must be paid for with a valid major credit card at the time of purchase. Q: Can I make reservations or purchases for family or friends?
A: Yes, you can make reservations and/or purchases for family and friends. It's a great way to save money!
Q: Does my Infinity Network cash have to be used by a certain date?
A: Infinity Network Cash award value currently has no expiration. Infinity reserves the right to alter this policy with sufficient advance notice to members.

Q: Can I use other discounts or coupons with this offer?
A: The redemption of Infinity Network Cash may not be combined with any other discounts or coupons of any type unless specifically noted otherwise.

Q: Can I get a check or cash for any unused balance in my Infinity Network Cash Account?
A: The only method to redeem Infinity Network Cash is by purchasing products or services on the Infinity Network Rewards website or from our Customer Service center. Infinity Network Cash has no cash surrender value for all or part of your unused balance.

Q: How do I earn more reward currency?
A: Members earn reward currency in several ways. Reward currency is earned on every purchase made online via Infinity Network rewards. The amount earned is equal to 5% of the net purchase amount. Additional reward currency can be earned by purchasing qualifying products from authorized client partners of Infinity Network (such as The GO Airport Shuttle and The Wall Street Journal). Reward currency is also offered by Infinity Network for participating in promotions (such as surveys sent directly to members). It's easy to earn rewards - and the more rewards you have, the more you save!

Hotel Reservation Questions

Q: Can I make reservations directly with the hotels?
A: All hotel reservations must be made through our website or our Customer Service Department. You can reach Customer Service by emailing us at cs@infinitynetworkrewards.com.

Q: Can I make a same day reservation?
A: All reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. In order to guarantee the lowest rate available, please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Q: How do I cancel a hotel reservation?
A: Simply email Customer Service at cs@infinitynetworkrewards.com. You will receive a cancellation confirmation. Please remember: cancellations must be made only with Customer Service and not the hotel directly. A refund will not be processed and additional cancellation penalties may apply, unless you cancel directly with Customer Service. All terms of the original cancellation policy provided to you at the time you made your reservation will be imposed. Note that cancellation policies vary by hotel.

Q: Are there any hotel cancellation penalties or fees?
A: Each hotel has a specific cancellation fee policy that is disclosed to you before you complete your reservation. Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Penalties range from 'No Cancellation Fee' if you are outside the stated cancellation period up to a completely non-refundable penalty. Please take note of the policy of the hotel you are choosing when making a reservation.

Q: <How do I get a refund or credit when I cancel a hotel reservation?
A: All hotel refunds are credited back to your credit card account within 72 hours of the cancellation. Any and all cancellation fees or charges, if applicable, are reflected in the credit amount posted to your credit card account. The amount of Infinity Network Cash that you redeemed to apply to your reservation is credited back to your Infinity Network Cash account shortly thereafter.

Q: I made a reservation / or cancelled a reservation and lost my confirmation page, how do I get another copy?
A: At any time just sign in to the website and select the View my Account Information and Travel History button in the upper right hand corner. In this area your current and past activity is archived. You can obtain a new copy of your confirmation or a copy of a cancellation.

Q: Where do the hotel rates for this offer come from?
A: Our website is interfaced in real-time to the central reservation system of each travel supplier. Your Infinity Network Cash reward amount is applied to the lowest unrestricted published rate available to us at that time.

Q: How do I book a hotel using Infinity Network Cash?
A: When planning a trip, simply log into the system and select Hotel Search. You will be provided with a full list of available hotels and resorts for the destination and dates you select. The current price for each hotel reservation will also be displayed. Once you have selected your hotel of choice, you will provide your major credit card to cover the remaining unpaid balance after redeeming your Infinity Network Cash. The amount of Rewards Cash that you have redeemed is then deducted from your account balance.
