1. The recipient of an Infinity Network Cash Account is entitled to use Infinity Network Cash in their account for instant cash rewards on purchases made at http://infinitynetworkrewards.com/ or any other authorized Infinity Network site. Infinity Network Cash can be used for partial payment toward the purchase of goods and services as identified on the website. The remaining balance of charges (net of Infinity Network Cash redemption) must be charged to a major credit card at the time of transaction. All transactions must be made through www.infinitynetworkrewards.com or any other authorized Infinity Network site.

2. Upon confirmation and full payment, the amount of the Infinity Network Cash reward redeemed will be subtracted from the current balance of the applicable Infinity Network Cash Account.

3. Transactions may be made by the Infinity Network Cash account holder or family as long as the purchaser is 18 years or older.

4. Due to the special cooperative participation for these offers, payment in full is due when a hotel reservation is confirmed or a purchase is made.

5. This Infinity Network Cash reward may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, special rate programs, including, but not limited to: upgrades, tour/travel packages, group, internet, convention/company meeting, senior rates, companion rates, 3rd or 4th person rates, student or child rates, early bookings or value added price programs or repeat passenger or repeat guest programs, or industry discounts unless expressly allowed by the respective retail partner of Infinity Network.

6. All transactions after the initial purchases, including but not limited to, revisions and cancellations, if allowed and subject to all fees, must be done through Customer Service at cs@infinitynetworkrewards.com.

7. Terms, cancellation policies, hotel or resort or other supplier participation is subject to change without notice.

8. Applicable Service Fees are fees to cover the costs incurred by Infinity Network in servicing a transaction.

9. In some cases, there may be changes in circumstances that are beyond the control of Infinity Network and its affiliates. Accordingly, Infinity Network and its affiliates reserve the right to substitute the components and suppliers of the offer should circumstances so require.

10. Infinity Network and its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for the hotels, resorts, and suppliers, and do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, injury, accident, death or damage to any persons or property, whatsoever, with any supplier or at any hotel, resort, aircraft or in transit to and from said venues, or any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, war, acts of God or acts of Terrorism, arising from or in conjunction with services provided.

11. Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars.

12. THESE AWARDS ARE NOT VALID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Infinity Network assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this award by any distributor and /or their agent(s) other than those included in this award.

13. Applicable taxes will be charged by Infinity Network on all purchases.

14. Infinity Network Cash rewards are non-transferable and have no cash surrender value.

15. Infinity Network Cash award value currently has no expiration. Infinity reserves the right to alter this policy with sufficient advance notice to members.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. The terms of this award in its entirety may not be modified unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of Infinity Network and Infinity Network is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.

2. By submitting a completed customer profile at the time of Infinity Network Cash account activation, the purchaser consents to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated herein. The recipient signifies further agreement to these terms and conditions by submission of final payment to Infinity Network for any travel arrangements and/or supplier offer transactions.

3. This Infinity Network Cash award may be distributed only by businesses authorized by Infinity Network. It may not be sold or re-sold without the written authority of a corporate officer of Infinity Network; and any such sale will invalidate any redemption rights hereunder. This Infinity Network Cash award cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration. No refunds shall be provided for any unused portion of this award.

4. Shipping costs (as they may apply) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. It is the responsibility of the traveler to review and verify the accuracy of all documents and correspondence with regard to names, dates, and room and/or cabin category. The traveler will be responsible for any errors or omissions not brought to the attention of Infinity Network within 24 hours of receipt of those documents or email confirmation.

HOTELS & TRAVEL

1. The Infinity Network Cash amount that may be redeemed for each night varies on the participating hotel. Infinity Network Cash is applied at the time of transaction for Instant Savings Rewards at the point of purchase.

2. When a transaction includes travel, one of the travelers must be at least 18 years of age and must have a valid major credit card in his/her name at the time of check-in to cover any incidental charges incurred during the stay. The travel supplier determines the minimum age requirement.

3. Hotel cancellation and refund policies along with cancellation fees, if applicable, vary by travel supplier and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Blackout Dates: Seasonal/Holiday blackouts may apply. Availability may be limited during certain peak times and is limited to special allotments for the Infinity Network program. When requesting travel during peak times please allow as much advance notice as possible. Reservation requests are subject to Infinity Network availability as determined by the supplier.

5. Reservations are based on availability and are limited to what appears on the Infinity Network website at the time of transaction.

6. Transportation to/from the hotel, cruise or resort, if required, is not included. Prices displayed on the Infinity Network website DO NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as mini-bar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The supplier will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon checkout.

7. For hotel and resort reservations the traveler must present a copy of the confirmation letter at check-in. You may be denied check-in without this document. If you need additional copies of your confirmation please visit the MY ACCOUNT section on the website before you travel. Any of your pending confirmations may be viewed and printed.
